The Kitchen Collective | Our next batch training is starting in April 2026

the kitchen collective (tkc) is a women-led restaurant and training centre in Sangolda, Goa. We recreate traditional recipes from the coastal belt of Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, and Kerala — while equipping women with the skills and confidence to cook the food, and run satellite kitchens and serve customers.
